Allow relaxation: five benefits of yoga relaxation and charging
How many times have you found yourself saying, “I’m too busy to fill in this blank?” Once a week? Once a day? Once an hour? We all want to live a full and beautiful life, but it is very important to cultivate a balance between action and relaxation. How about adding a quieter yoga to your repertoire this week?
Consider the five benefits of taking time to calm down:
