Celebrities, like other people, find partners and have children. While those in the spotlight often try to keep their offspring safe from the prying eyes of the public, sometimes these children also grow up looking for a spot in the spotlight. Such was the case for many groups of glamorous showbiz women and their next generation of relatives. If the family business is show business, why not a family affair? And that’s exactly what the famous mothers and daughters on this list managed to do. While you may be familiar with some of the DNA-sharing divas on this list, others are sure to impress you.
1. Robin Wright and Dylan Penn
She’s got the “Wright” stuff. Dylan Penn, the 25-year-old daughter of acclaimed actress Robin Wright and Sean Penn has sure inherited her mother’s crazy good-looking appearance and that magnetic quality that just won’t let you look away.

Wright shot to fame at age 21 with her iconic role as Buttercup in the cult classic “The Princess Bride.” She went on to land other legendary roles, including Jenny in “Forrest Gump” and Claire Underwood in “House of Cards.” Like her mother, Dylan has pursued modeling and acting from a young age.
2. Blythe Danner and Gwyneth Paltrow
Like mother, like daughter: the fame gene definitely seems hereditary for these two blonde icons who both boast celebrated acting careers. With Hollywood in their blood, the reputed careers of Tony-winner Blythe Danner and her Oscar-winning daughter Gwyneth Paltrow have even crossed paths.

The famous flaxen-haired pair shared the screen in the 1992 miniseries “Cruel Doubt,” and also in the 2003 biographical drama “Sylvia.” Although Paltrow is one of Hollywood’s most recognized stars with her film credits and high-profile relationships, she’s stayed close to her roots.
