Here are three tips to keep your yoga practice on track, no matter what other commitments you have in your life.

1. Schedule your yoga time in your schedule: When you write down your yoga class in your calendar, it is part of your daily plan. If you have time, you don’t need to waste time thinking. You do have time-write it clearly in black and white. Roll up your yoga mat and put it on the cupboard or shelf, which is a reliable way to ensure that you will never take it out again! The effort to take it out may be exactly what your brain needs to say,’ Oh, I don’t have time’, which turns your yoga practice into a bigger mission. Putting your mat where you can see it, or where it has been laid in a quiet place in your house, can help you practice yoga more frequently, which means you can practice it quickly when you have time-waiting for cooking, and if your mat has been laid, it can be laid in a few minutes between TV commercials.

2. Remind yourself how you will feel, even if it is a short promise: you will feel stronger, more flexible, more relaxed and more energetic. Your sleep will deepen and your posture will improve. The spiritual benefits of fast yoga practice are incredible: you can return to your workday with higher attention and clear mind. If you tell yourself that a short yoga practice is enough, you will be more motivated to do it. If you take care of yourself first, you can handle your day better, no matter how busy it is!

Sometimes life will hinder you, and you really don’t have time to do yoga. It doesn’t matter!
